All contract professional staff sign a confidentiality agreement before they start every assignment. All contract professionals agree not disclose or give to any person any confidential health or business information or document that comes to the contractor's knowledge or possession by reason of their work with Brady and Associates or their clients, except as may be legally required or with written consent of the client involved.
All medical document and client files are kept in a secure locked area. Consent forms for Corporate Flu Clinics are kept for the required 7 years.
