"My approach to therapy is client-centered and multi-disciplinary as each client comes with unique needs and abilities to cope with anxiety, grief, depression, trauma or other life circumstances. A trusting therapeutic relationship is of first importance to me. Employing evidence-based strategies in CBT, CPT, EMDR and IPT, as well as supportive therapy approaches, provides the tools to help clients rebuild their sense of trust in self, others and the world."
